Japanese auctions are held in many towns and are very large auctions, where over 3000 vehicles are on sale daily. The vehicles on sale are categorized into four sections, which are as follows.

1.      1^st Owner Vehicles, Which have a very low mileage

2.      Normally Good Vehicles

3.      Repaired Vehicles After Accidents

4.      Damaged Vehicles 

Category one is very hard to buy, as this type of vehicle usually goes to the Japanese Reconditioned Market.

 SACHIN AUTO gets most of its vehicles from category two. We do not go for category three or four, but do so only on request from the customer. The day before the auction all details of the vehicles are delivered, and the buyers can inspect the vehicles before the auction. 

We guarantee that we buy 100% road worthy vehicles where we give a one-year guarantee and after one year all spare parts are supplied at cost.

Why we purchase only from Auctions:

In a Japanese auction the seller has to furnish details of all repairs done, with the correct mileage meter, failing to do so, or supplying false information will lead to serious trouble to the seller, as the auctioneer rechecks every vehicle, and only when he is satisfied he prepares the auction list, so the auction report is 100% correct.

A seller, to the very best of his/her knowledge, has to furnish all known details (correct mileage, faults, problems, past accidents hence repairs carried out, dents...etc.) to the auction staff. Failing to provide known information pertaining to the vehicle and/or supplying false information would result in prosecutions due to the tight legal framework in Japan. The auctioneer then re-check every vehicle and only accept for auction list if fully satisfied with the information. You can therefore rest assured that the auction report is correct.

Since the auction report is very accurate even a dent as small as 2mm will be clearly shown in the pre-auction report

After Purchasing From Actions what we do:

After purchasing these units, they are taken to our yard in Japan and rechecked by our qualified Japanese staff. Before shipment we produce pictures of every inch of the vehicle and if our customer is interested in additional accessories, such as Alloy Wheels, CD Player etc. we will fit them at cost. Once the vehicle is brought to our car yard in Colombo from the port, we would make every endeavo to get its interior & exterior as closer as possible to a brand new condition. And, comprehensive tests are carried out by our local staff prior to handing over the vehicle to our customers

 Local registration and all relevant matters are done by SACHIN AUTO (PVT) LTD.

Special Mobile Service to Our Valuable Customers:

 We also provide a 24-hour mobile service for our customers (currently only available in the Colombo & Outer Colombo areas), where a unique password would be given so that in an emergency concerning the vehicle he or she can contact us with the password to receive our immediate assistance. Please note that we are currently in the process extending this service to outstation areas by making arrangements with reputable garages. Once this is in place, the customer could simply contact us with the unique password. We will then immediately inform the nearest garage to attend to the needs of our customer's vehicle
